Wednesday Stamper - Hats

This weeks Wednesday Stamper is hats! I used Stampin' Up "Going out in Style" stamp for the hats. I drew the hat boxes and awnings in CoreDraw.

Here is my first try at Illustration Friday. This week's topic is "Camouflage".

Eggs

Here is my Wednesday Stamper entry for this week theme of "eggs". The sheet music is from a song called "Crow's Eggs" by John Barnes Wells which I found here http://scriptorium.lib.duke.edu/sheetmusic/. The nest a stamp "Just Vines" by Stampin' Up and the crow is from The Animal Book by Petrus Candidus. The eggs are from an antique print. The tree branch is a photoshop brush.

It's a holiday weekend here in Quebec, Fête Nationale or better known as Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day (June 24). Hopefully the weather will be nice for some great barbeques.

Wednesday Stamper - Flowers

It's cold and miserable outside today so it's a perfect day to stay indoors and work on this weeks Wednesday challenge which is flowers. The lady is from a Carl Gustav Carus (1789-1869) painting. The floor and stone wall were found online. The cat is a photoshop brush by Cybrea and the saying is by American poet William Carlos Williams. Flower and dragonfly are from stamps.
